Family Outreach Services
At Inclusion at Heart, we believe that families are at the centre of every child’s journey. Our Family Outreach Service offers personalised support to parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping you feel confident, informed, and empowered in supporting your child.

We understand that navigating the world of SEND can be overwhelming and we're here to walk alongside you—offering guidance, strategies and a listening ear.

Outreach Sessions
I offer friendly, down-to-earth 1:1 family outreach sessions in Bristol and online to help parents and carers feel confident, informed and supported in navigating their child’s SEN journey.

We offer flexible 2-hour sessions tailored to you and your family's unique needs.
Our goal is to create a relaxed, supportive space where you feel heard and at ease. Sessions can take place in your home or in a familiar community setting—wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that’s a local café, park or library.

Support may include:
-
