Schools Outreach Services

We are a new educational consultancy based in the Bristol and South West region, offering specialist SEN support and training to schools. While our consultancy is newly established, we bring over 13 years of experience in Special Educational Needs education, both in the UK and internationally.

At Inclusion at Heart , our aim is to ensure that every student with SEND has the best opportunity to grow and thrive within their current setting.

Our half-day outreach consultation offers tailored and practical support for schools looking to enhance provision for individual students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We work collaboratively with staff to provide bespoke advice and strategies that reflect the needs of each individual student.

Free Initial Consultation 

We offer a free initial phone consultation to discuss the needs of the school and student to help determine how we can help you.

What's included in a half day visit?​

• Initial meeting with the SENCO, class teacher or LSA to clarify goals for visit and to gather key information around the student. 

• Discrete classroom observation within their learning environment, focusing on attention, engagement, interaction, access to learning and current support strategies in place

• Brief & informal Pupil interaction (if appropriate) to help understand a student's communication style, preferences and wellbeing 

• Staff feedback session-to discuss and share observations, provide practical and personalised recommendations. Areas may include strategies for differentiation, behaviour support, communication or sensory needs.

Post Report Visit 

Following the visit, a written report will be provided outlining key observations, tailored strategies and suggested next steps.

As part of out Outreach consultation, we can also provide:

• Parent liaison meetings to review the report

• CPD or bespoke staff training sessions  

• Follow up visits for continued support
